Starting points

For abdominal fat, start with the tesamorelin trial measuring visceral and liver fat and the 52-week follow-up. Together they put a location and a maintenance question into the request.

For semaglutide, STEP 1 establishes the weight result; SELECT and FLOW ask about cardiovascular and kidney events. Their outcomes deserve separate attention.
